BLOOD SACRIFICE


Visigoth son una banda de power heavy metal con una cierta vocación épica, aunque es una de esas bandas que se han fijado en los grupos clásicos y en su forma de hacer música, olvidándose del tema teclados y de samplers o intrumentos folk, aunque siempre queda ese regusto épico a base de riffs y composiciones, y algunos coros, un interesante grupo del que apenas hay información en la red. De origen Estadounidense, se forman en 2010, habiendo editado hasta le fecha de esta reseña un EP, "Final Spell", en 2012, y un LP, este "The Revenant King", del que hoy quiero dejar una canción en el blog, en este año 2015. Un disco que puede traernos reminiscencias en ocasiones a la primera, y para mi gusto perfecta, primera obra de "Crom", aunque un escaloncito por debajo en cuanto a epicidad y calidad, pero que sin duda ha despertado mi interés por seguir su evolución. Con portada de Kris Verpwimp, para recordarnos un poco más a "Crom", varios temas pueden escogerse de esta obra para presentarlos por vez primera, y hoy he querido escoger este "Blood Sacrifice", una buena canción de la que dejo un enlace a Youtube.
