Canciones para una vida - Grave Digger - Sleepless

 

SLEEPLESS

Vamos con una de esas instituciones dentro del heavy metal, los alemanes Grave Digger, que llevan ya una buena colección de décadas en activo, (desde comienzos de los 80), e igualmente llevan una buena colección de LP's, (así como 21, que ya es decir). Está claro que entre tantas obras hay momentos mejores y peores, o quizá mejor dicho momentos de un nivel medio más elevado y otros menos inspirados, pues en general las obras de esta banda suelen mantener un nivel homogéneo y alto. En 2005 el grupo sacaba uno de esos discos menos celebrados que otros, (que no ni de lejos malos) y del que siempre se pueden rescatar momentos importantes. La obra "The last Supper", fue su undécima en formato LP, y de ella hoy quiero dejar en el blog su canción "Sleepless", 100% Grave Digge, incluida como bonus fuera de la edición regular  y de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.

SIGNS 

La escena germana siempre destacó, desde muy temprano, por su capacidad para sacar bandas en cantidad y calidad, y el subgénero Power, y las décadas de los 90 y los 2000, fueron un combo poderoso para llenar la escena internacional de bandas de la citada nacionalidad. Uno de esos grupos fueron "Galloglass", uno de esos grupos además de los que tuvieron  un periodo de actividad demasiado corto, con apenas un par de LP's de estudio donde plasmaron un power de alta calidad. 2003 y 2005 fueron los aos escogidos para publicar su único material de estudio. Del segundo de ellos "Heavenseeker" quiero hoy dejar en el blog uno de sus temas, en concreto "Signs" tema que muestra ben el enorme potencial que atesoraban que les habría tenido que hacer poseedores de una mas larga carrera, canción de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Moonville - Strange Letters

STRANGE  LETTERS

Siempre sucede, y muchas veces parece casi imposible que así siga siendo, que uno descubre bandas como salidas de la nada, con un breve paso por la escena musical, grupos de un solo disco o de un par de ellos, pero que hacen que te plantees la eterna pregunta sin respuesta clara de por que no llegaron más lejos y tuvieron una discografía más extensa. Y en uno de esos casos estamos, ante este grupo sueco de power metal llamado "Moonville" que desarrolló su actividad a comienzos de siglo y que desapareció tras su único LP "Silver Screen" de 2005 tan misteriosamente como apenas aparecieron. Estamos ante una obra que puede sorprender a más de uno, un sonido al que se le pueden poner detalles de grandes nombres, con una escuela nórdica europea innegable. 10 temas componen el album, con una sensación completa, de un alto nivel general que deja un buen sabor de boca, como por ejemplo puede ilustrar la canción "Strange Letters" de la que dejo hoy un enlace a youtube.

THE  TEMPLE  OF  FEAR

Ya he traído a esta banda ucraniana al blog en otra ocasión, para además hablar de esta misma obra, "Frozen sky" de 2005. Una banda de esas unidas a un nombre propio, en este caso al guitarrista W. Angel, y que con una larga historia ya detrás que va más allá de las dos décadas, ha ido atravesando varias etapas, varias denominaciones y a través de varios estilos terminando por derivar en estos "Conquest" con un estilo power de corte europeo. Esta obra de 2005 es la segunda bajo esta denominación y de ella hoy quiero dejar otro de sus temas, concretamente "The temple of fear" del que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Equilibrium - Der Sturm

DER  STURM

Equilibrium, un enorme grupo que debería tener mayor repercusión y reconocimiento atendiendo al gran talento musical que atesoran. Su música es un contundente combo de viking metal aderezado de arreglos sinfónicos y con un toque muy personal. Quizás su único punto débil sea que sus letras están cantadas en alemán, lo que puede que limite su repercusión internacional. La banda es perfecta para mi, su ejecución es impecable con una cuidada composición y épica a raudales. Se forma en 2001 y su primera demo ve la luz en 2003, sacando su primer disco de estudio en 2005, el impresionante y probablemente su mejor disco Turis Fratyr, claro está, en mi humilde opinión. En estos días que estamos a la espera de la salida de su quinto larga duración, quiero echar un vistazo atrás en el tiempo a sus inicios. su primer larga duración de título "Turis Fratyr", del año 2005 como antes decía, una obra editada bajo un sello menor, "Black Attakk", pero que abandonarían tras el éxito compositivo de su primera obra al firmar con "Nuclear Blast" para su segundo disco "Sagas". Su música se centra en un death metal melódico con ciertas influencias, a veces un poco acelerado, en otras ocasiones muy sinfónico, pero siempre con gran calidad. Hoy quiero dejar uno de esos grandes temas de la banda, de este su primer disco de estudio, en concreto "Der Sturm", "The Storm", un tema del que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Demons & Wizards - Crimson King

CRIMSON  KING

Segunda y última obra de este proyecto germano estadounidense, que tras su salida no ha editado nada nuevo, desde 2005. Demons and wizards es uno de esos proyectos en los que los músicos buscan dar salida a una vertiente compositiva un tanto diferente a la de sus bandas madre, es una de las muchas bandas de colaboración que se han ido dando a lo largo del tiempo en la escena internacional, pero como se suele decir, el todo es más que la suma de sus partes, y es que hablamos de músicos de primera linea internacional, que al unir su visión particular y juntarla en este proyecto nos dejaron un par de discos mucho más que interesantes, sobre todo y a mi particularmente el primero de ellos. A estas alturas no vamos a descubrir a Hansi Kursch o John Schaffer, lideres de las bandas Blind Guardian y Iced Earth respectivamente, y con tales garantías, apoyadas en unas discografías más que notables, no parece descabellado romper una lanza a favor de esta banda de colaboración, aún a pesar de que no la hubieseis escuchado nunca y conociendo el trabajo de ambos músicos por separado. Con Hansi a la voz y John a las cuerdas, (guitarra y bajo), las expectativas levantadas son grandes. Por todos es conocido que aquello que toca Hansi recibe casi inmediatamente un baño "Blindguardianesco" pero a ello hemos de sumar el toque Iced Earth, más contundente, un tanto "thrasy", un poco más "americano", el resultado es una amalgama de sonido, repito, para mi gusto mejor en su primer álbum, que puede agradar tanto a los seguidores de unos como de otros. la verdad es que el proyecto quedó en suspensión, sin darse por terminado ni prometer una continuación habiendo visto la luz bajo el nombre de "Demons & Wizards" dos albumes de estudio, "Demons & Wizards" de 1999 y "Touched by the crimson king" de 2005, del que hoy voy a dejar en el blog el tema "Crimson King", del que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Communic - Ocean Bed

OCEAN  BED

 Communic es una banda noruega a la que musicalmente podríamos acercar al sonido progresivo, pero de la mano siempre del heavy-power metal. La calidad de la banda es innegable, y el concepto y convencimiento en el sonido que hacen les proporciona todo el crédito de una carrera ya de más de 10 años, en la que han editado 4 LP's y en la que los miembros de la banda han permanecido juntos sin variaciones, algo cada vez más extraño en nuestros días, y además con la particularidad de que son solo tres miembros los que se encargan de todo, Erik Mortensen al bajo, Tor Atle Andersen a la batería y Oddleif Stensland a la guitarra y voz.  El grupo se forma en 2003 y desde el comienzo recibe una buena acogida entre público y prensa especializada. Editan su primer LP en 2005, este "Conspiracy in mind" del que hoy quiero dejar un tema en el blog. El resto de su discografía la editan en los años 2006, 2008 y 2011, y aunque han pasado ya unos años de su último disco siguen en activo. Siempre se ha reseñado la buena técnica de la banda en cada uno de los apartados de los miembros que la conforman, y si a ese dato añadimos la estabilidad del grupo el resultado no debería ser otro que la calidad, ya desde su primera obra, de la que, como decía más arriba, quiero dejar en el blog el tema "Ocean Bed", de 2005, una canción de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Reviver - Bringer Of Evil

BRINGER  OF  EVIL

Buena banda holandesa, de corto recorrido y discografía pero que en absoluto hemos de pensar que su calidad esta ausente ya que atesoran un estilo enganchón lleno de destellos que hace mayor la pena ante su corta duración y su escasa productividad musical. Este grupo ha llegado a mis oidos recientemente gracias a un buen consejo y realmente tengo que decir que el único disco que tiene editada la banda merece mucho la pena. Su estilo se mueve a caballo entre varios subgéneros pero bebe directamente del heavy metal y el speed con algún guiño thrash en cuanto a la base de los riffs, e incluso un aire general algo power, con un cierto toque incluso progresivo podríamos decir en algunos momentos pero con una calidad, en mi humilde opinión, incuestionable. El grupo se forma en 1997 y funcionan un poco en la escena underground a base de 4 demos durante los primeros 5 o 6 años de vida de la banda. Después, en 2005 editarían el que resultaría, por desgracia, ser el único LP del grupo, al que titulan con el nombre de la banda, "Reviver". El trabajo vocal en concreto me gusta mucho, como queda por ejemplo patente en el buen tema que dejo de este disco en el blog. La verdad es que tampoco han inventado nada nuevo, pero si que sirve esta banda como ejemplo de todas esas buenas bandas que uno se encuentra por ahí si rebusca un poco, llevándose gratas sorpresas en muchas ocasiones. Lo dicho, dejo un tema de este disco en el blog, en concreto "Bringer of evil", del que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Nightscape - Merlin

MERLIN

 Nightscape es una banda sueca de power metal, uno de esos grupos, una vez más, que a pesar de haber tenido una producción musical enormemente limitada si que han de mostrado que su calidad es muy buena. La banda se forma en 2001, impulsada por el empuje de los músicos Simon Akesson (cantante) y Joakim Wiklund (guitarra) dos amigos de instituto. Por aquellos años de formación de la banda eran músicos muy jóvenes, de 20 años más o menos y su power metal de corte europeo estaba influido por bandas clásicas del género tales como Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica o Freedom Call. En 2005 editan su, hasta la fecha de esta reseña, único trabajo publicado, "Symphony of the night", donde demuestran una buena dosis de power de primera calidad a pesar de no haber obtenido de momento mayor renombre, y digo de momento porque a pesar de llevar desde 2005 sin publicar nada nuevo si que, sin embargo, parecen seguir en activo, esperemos nos sorprendan en algún momento con una segunda obra de igual calidad. Como ejemplo de dicha calidad quiero dejar en el blog hoy el tema "Merlin", una canción donde demuestran el buen hacer y potencial al que me refiero y de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Kiuas - Warrior Soul

WARRIOR  SOUL

De nuevo una banda finlandesa en el blog, como ya he dicho tantas veces aquí una cantera aparentemente inagotable, más teniendo en cuenta el tamaño en cuanto a población de la nación. Kiuas es una banda difícil de catalogar en cuanto a estilo pues no es exactamente un solo estilo el que utilizan o el que les influencia, evidentemente su mayor fachada es Power metalera, pero incluso desde los tintes progresivos, pasando por ese toque folk, algún que otro ramalazo casi thrasy o moderno, al final resulta una amalgama de sonido que es muy personal y desde luego lleno de calidad. Kiuas comienza su andadura en el año 2000, y cesa en su actividad como banda en 2013, editando en ese tiempo 4 LP's y 3 EP's. Hoy quiero dejar en el blog un tema de su disco debut, su primer LP "The spirit of Ukko", de 2005, un disco completo, gran presentación de la banda y que posiblemente represente una de las obras que más me llenan de su discografía, y concretamente de ese disco quiero hoy dejar su tema "Warrior soul", del que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Searing Meadow - Wasted Heroes

WASTED  HEROES

Otra banda de death metal melódico de primera calidad, y como no, otra vez desde Finlandia. En esta ocasión se trata de los desconocidos Searing Meadow, un grupo que duró bien poquito y que se supone, no tengo la certeza absoluta, que se separaron. Editar solo editaron este disco al que hoy me quiero referir en el blog, "Corroding from inside", de 2005. Se formaron en 1999 y las últimas noticias de actividad que dieron fue una demo promocional en 2007, tras ya la edición de su único disco. En fin, como en tantas ocasiones, al menos nos dejaron este material que demuestra el potencial tan grande que atesoraban como banda, y como siempre, acuden a la cabeza las preguntas de por que estos no y otros sí... etc. En definitiva, buen disco al que acercarse y del que dejo hoy en el blog uno de sus temas, en concreto este "Wasted Heroes" que abre el disco y del que dejo un enlace a youtube. Altamente recomendable death melódico si te gusta el estilo.

Canciones para una vida - Falkenbach - Heathen Foray

HEATHEN  FORAY

De nuevo en el blog uno de esos grupos de culto dentro del llamado viking metal, se trata de la banda alemana Falkenbach, un grupo de un solo hombre, su creador Vratyas Vakyas, quien se encarga de tocar todos los instrumentos y crear todas las composiciones y arreglos en Falkenbach. Se trata por lo tanto de un grupo muy peculiar desde su concepción, y es indudablemente una banda diferente. Se forma en 1989 y antes de decidirse a grabar un LP, Falkenbach saca 6 demos hasta que en 1996 ve la luz su primera obra de estudio. Desde ese momento 6 son sus CD's, el último sacado el año pasado. Sus grabaciones tienen la característica de un sonido que puede resultar muy "amateur" a primera escucha pero a la larga crea un ambiente muy particular que resulta efectivo en el concepto musical que desarrolla el músico, pasando a ser todo un sello personal de la banda. Hoy quiero dejar en el blog un tema de su cuarto LP "Heralding-The Fireblade", de 2005, uno de sus discazos, y de él uno de sus temazos, "Heathen Foray", del que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Conquest - Frozen Sky

FROZEN SKY

Conquest, actualmente conocido como "W.Angel's Coquest", es un grupo ucraniano de power metal con casi dos décadas de historia a sus espaldas y que nunca ha llegado a terminar de cuajar en los circuitos internacionales, a pesar de su calidad. Su historia comienza en 1996, cuando el guitarrista W. Angel, decide crear este proyecto musical, por aquel entonces el solo. Su música iba encaminada a un hard rock influido por Def Leppard, nada que ver con lo que desarrollaría con Coquest. En1997 Conquest ya contaba con varios miembros y en 1998 comienzan a tocar en algunos pequeños festivales locales, algo que fue en aumento ante la buena recepción por parte del público. En 2002 comienzan a editar material propio bajo el sello ruso " Irond Rec", viendo la luz su primer LP, "Endless Power", con un sonido que combinaba Power-speed riffs con una buena voz power metalera y una cierta influencia folk eslava,  arrancando buenas críticas en la prensa especializada. En 2005 editan su segunda obra de estudio, "Frozen Sky", cambiando al sello ucraniano  “Musical Hall Distribution”, y manteniendo su agresivo pero melódico concepto musical. 2008 supuso abrir ante Sabaton en Polonia, a lo que siguió en 2009 la edición de su tercer LP, "Empire", esta vez bajo el sello independiente ruso "Metalism Records". En 2010 su EP "Be My Light" daría paso a su cuarto LP "IV", ya en 2011. Completa su discografía su última obra hasta la fecha de esta reseña, "Taste of life", de hace tan solo 4 meses. En definitiva, una banda que hace un power interesante, de corte abiertamente europeo, sin haber inventado nada pero de correcta ejecución y composición a la que posiblemente también haya penalizado su inestabilidad "discográfica" sin haber tenido nunca el apoyo de una grande, más que por carencias como banda. Hoy quiero dejar en el blog un tema de su segundo LP, en concreto el tema que da título a la obra, "Frozen Sky", buena presentación del grupo, y de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Glittertind - Rolandskvadet

ROLANDSKVADET

Glittertind es un grupo noruego que comenzó como un proyecto de un solo hombre centrado en un folk viking metal, para ir evolucionando con el paso de los discos, por una parte añadiendo integrantes a partir de su segundo LP, y rolando en su última obra hacia un Rock Indie que poco o nada tiene que ver con su concepto musical inicial, una pena por cierto. La mente tras la creación de este grupo fue Torbjorn Sandvik, con pseudónimo "Trym" en su primera obra. Comienza a editar material, "Evige Asatro" en 2003, cantando en noruego, ya que su música se centra en su cultura, ya desde su nombre, que hace referencia al segundo monte más alto de Noruega, "Glittertind", incluyendo un glaciar en su punto más alto, hasta la temática de sus canciones. En esa época Torbjorn se encargaba de cantar, las guitarras, el bajo y programar la batería y los efectos folk. En 2005 Glittertind edita su segundo material de estudio en forma de EP, "Til Dovre Faller", del que quiero dejar hoy un tema en el blog, una obra en la que aún Torbjorn se encargaba de todo. Para su siguiente material ya incluye a otro músico Geirmund Simonsen, que le ayuda con guitarras, bajo, batería, teclados y programación dejando a Torbjorn el peso compositivo, la guitarra y la voz. Este segundo LP, "Landkjenning" lo editan en 2009 y recomiendo asomarse a esta obra pues tiene temas espectaculares, alguno de los cuales aparecerán en el blog antes o después. En 2013 editan su tercer LP, "Djevelsvart", y la banda ya la componen 6 músicos, e igualmente su sonido comienza a desmarcarse de lo que solía ser. Completa su discografía el cuarto disco de la banda, "Blane for Blane", ya con la etiqueta auto impuesta por la propia banda de grupo "Indie rock", y sinceramente aún no lo he escuchado, la verdad, miedo me da... aunque un día de estos tendré que hacer la prueba. Volviendo a sus inicios más vikingos, hoy quiero dejar un tema en el blog de su EP "Til Dovre Faller", de 2005 como decía más arriba, en medio de época que más me gusta del grupo, con muchas melodías nórdicas, temas muy bonitos de escuchar y no sin gran carga épica, un EP que está dedicado a la libertad, a la democracia y la gente que ha luchado por la historia noruega, y curiosamente cuya portada está dibujada por el batería de Finntroll "Skrymer", y que además cuenta con la colaboración en el sintetizador de otro miembro más de Finntroll, "Trollhorn", un EP del que dejo hoy el tema "Rolandskvadt", ("Song Of Roland"),  una canción de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - In Extremo - Liam

LIAM

Vamos ahora con una banda un poco diferente a lo que suelo poner por el blog, se trata de "In Extremo", un grupo que acarrea una enorme colección de etiquetas, Medieval metal, folk metal, folk rock, Neue Deutsche Harte, hard rock, neo-medieval... etc. La verdad es que la banda ha sido mucho tiempo una de las cabezas visibles de este tipo de sonido en Alemania y no dudan en utilizar material propio compuesto en alemán, junto con material tradicional, medieval o de otras épocas y cantado en idiomas de lo más diversos como Gaélico, Español, Inglés, Noruego, Sueco, Islandés, Francés, Estonio, Hebreo, Latín o Inglés antiguo, y que incluye además de los instrumentos típicos en cualquier banda metálica otros menos habituales como gaitas, flautas, arpas, zanfoña, tabla, el davul o el klangbaum, algunos hechos por ellos mismos. Comienzan su actividad musical en 1995 y han mantenido su actividad ininterrumpidamente hasta nuestros días, habiendo editado 10 LP's más un EP en ese tiempo. Lo ecléctico de su música la hace muy rica en matices y es esa una de las razones para sumergirse en su música, siempre es posible encontrar algún tema que te haga gracia y desde luego su calidad es incuestionable. Hoy quiero dejar en el blog un tema de su séptimo disco de estudio, "Mein Rasend Herz", de 2005, del que quiero dejar la canción "Liam", cantada en Gaélico, un tema del que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - When Hell Awakes

WHEN HELL AWAKES


Lo primero que quiero decir de esta banda a todos aquellos que no la hayan escuchado aún es, atención amantes de Blind Guardian, aquí tenéis posiblemente una de las bandas que más se pueden acercar a su sonido tan personal, Savage Circus, grupazo de superlujo con músicos de primerísimo orden. Todo este proyecto se crea en 2004, justo antes de la salida del batería Thomen "The Omen" Stauch de Blind Guardian, un músico que había estado desde los inicios del grupo con los bardos, hasta ese 2005 en el que aún no está muy claro el porque de su salida de la banda, el siempre a explicado que por motivos estrictamente personales. Lo primero que podemos decir musicalmente de este grupo es que nada más escucharlo nos vamos a ir a los Blind Guardian de los inicios del grupo, inevitablemente acuden a tu cabeza "Follow the Blind", "Battallions of fear" o "Imaginations from the other side", esos Blind Guardian, más apisonadora que los últimos más sinfónicos. Está claro que el concepto musical de Thomen es una vuelta al heavy mas arrollador de Blind Guardian, para lo que no ha dudado en arrimarse musicalmente a grandes músicos, incluidos el guitarrista y compositor  "Piet Sielk" de Iron Savior (entre otros), o el excelente cantante Jens Carlsson, conocido por su trabajo en "Persuader", con un tono extraordinariamente compatible con el de Hansi Kursch de Blind Guardian. El resultado son dos discos absolutamente antológicos al mismo tiempo que menospreciados. Thomen comentó a Piet Sielk su idea allá por 2004 de crear este proyecto paralelo, y fue Piet el que se acordó de los miembros de "Persuader" ya que él les había producido su disco “Evolution Purgatory”. Una vez Thomen avandona Blind Guardian, Savage Circus pasa de ser un proyecto paralelo a ser una banda a tiempo completo para el batería y compositor. En 2005 editan su primer LP, el magnífico "Dreamland Manor" del que quiero dejar hoy un tema en el blog. Quizá al ver el sonido de esta obra entendamos mejor los motivos no confesados por los que Thomen deja Blind Guardian, con su progresivo aumento el lo complejo de su composición, que le alejaba de sus raices, un sonido que está, como decía más arriba más cerca de reencontrar Savage Circus. Esta obra es puro Power metal, melódico, rápido y claro, con un toque épico, eso sí, basado en melodía guitarreras continuas que nos hacen en más de una ocasión pensar en el material de Iron Savior también.  Muchos son los temas a destacar, de hecho aconsejo el disco, punto. Si acaso, dos me tocan la fibra por motivos casi opuestos, la maravillosa power ballad "Beyond Reality", un 10, una canción de esas que entra hasta el fondo y allí se queda a vivir, absolutamente recomendable para flipar, y la que hoy quiero dejar en el blog, "When Hell awakes", un tiro demoledor y aplastante, un tema hiperblindguardianero de la primera época, que ya comienza sin piedad, y sin piedad te atrapa como le concedas la más mínima ocasión. Además de esta magnifica obra tienen un segundo LP, "Of Doom and Death", de 2009, altamente recomendable también, en la misma onda, y del que hablaremos en este blog en otra ocasión. Canciones para una vida - Falchion - Black Crown

 BLACK CROWN

Falchion fue una banda finlandesa que hacía un Melodic death metal con elementos folk y que estuvo activa entre los años 2002 y 2009, periodo en el que editaron dos buenos discos de estudio, "Legacy of Heathens", en 2005 y "Chronicles of the dead" en 2008. El grupo estaba formado por algunos integrantes de lo que posteriormente sería la banda "Korpiklaani", nacida un año después de la creación de "Falchion", en concreto Juho Kauppinen, guitarrista y cantante en "Falchion", acordeonista entre los años 2004 y 2013 en "Korpiklaani", y   Matti Johansson batería en "Falchion", y batería en "Korpiklaani" donde aparece como "Mattson"desde 2003 hasta la actualidad. La música de esta buena banda se caracterizaba por, como antes decía, un death metal melódico, y remarcamos lo de melódico pues la melodía esta completamente presente en cada canción de la banda, aproximándose más el sonido de su música al de bandas como Ensiferum, o los Wintersun de Jari Maempaa, más que a la banda "Korpiklaani" con la que poco tiene que ver, y en mi humilde opinión supera en calidad. La temática de sus canciones es fantástica y épica, como puede ya desprenderse del propio nombre del grupo, "Falchion" que hace referencia al arma medieval, espada corta y ancha de entre los siglos XI y XVI. En definitiva, otra víctima musical que queda en el camino, esta de auténtica calidad, lo que hace mayor aún la "tragedia" de su no continuidad desde 2009, pues su música es de la que se te mete dentro y ya no sale, sobre todo a los amantes de Ensiferum y bandas por el estilo. Al menos nos dejaron dos obras de estudio, a cual mejor, y de las que hablaremos en más de una ocasión en este blog. Hoy quiero dejar en estas páginas, una canción de su primer larga duración, difícil escoger, el disco entero es espectacular, "Journey in the woods", "The darkest valleys of mist", "Swordmaster of the dragonland"... pero hoy quiero escoger "Black Crown", un temazo épico, cañero, que en no pocas ocasiones me recuerda los mejores momentos de Jari Maempaa en Ensiferum, una canción de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
