Enthring - We Thrive On Chaos

WE  THRIVE  ON  CHAOS 

Los finlandeses han sido uno de los grandes creadores de death melódico desde la explosión de este sonido, si bien los orígenes del mismo y un grueso importante de bandas provengan de sus vecinos suecos, sin embargo muchos grupos de gran nivel en ese subgénero tienen nacionalidad finlandesa. Una de esas bandas, aunque no se haya prodigado excesivamente, es Enthring, formados en 2006 y que solo han publicado un LP además de tres EP's. Death melódico nórdico, del que dejo hoy en el blog una de las canciones de su segundo EP "The art of chaos", de 2015, concretamente "We thrive on chaos" de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.

Canciones para una vida - Enthring - Silent Chanter

SILENT CHANTER

Enthring es otro producto de la cantera finlandesa en apariencia inagotable. En esta ocasión su música se puede encasillar en el melodic death metal aunque con un toque más sinfónico. La historia de esta banda comienza en el año 2006, en el que Tommi Kangaskortet y Petteri Evasoja, ambos guitarristas y cantantes ponen la base del grupo. A ellos se unirá Ida Ylhainen a los teclados, Erkka Huuhtanen al bajo y en 2008 Mika Lumijarvi a la batería. Tan solo tienen editado un EP en 2010 "Maelstrom", un larga duración "The grim tales of the elder", en 2011, del que hoy quiero dejar un tema en el blog, y otro EP, "The art of Chaos", de este 2015, con tres nuevos temas, hasta la fecha de esta reseña, . De los miembros fundadores tan solo  Tommi Kangaskortet permanece en la banda por lo que no tengo clara la durabilidad de este grupo, ya que hace 4 años ya que sacaron su único LP, y si empiezan disgregando el grupo tan pronto mal asunto, pero esta única obra que les contempla merece la pena una escucha para ver su potencial. Como decía se trata de un Melodic death metal con toques sinfónicos, que tiene buenos temas que merecen la pena. Hoy quiero dejar otro de ellos en el blog del que dejaré un enlace a youtube, en esta ocasión la fantástica y enganchona desde su inicio "Silent Chanter".

Hoy quiero dejar uno de ellos en el blog, y aunque no deba ser el más representativo del grupo, pues es un tema instrumental, y por lo tanto falta todo el trabajo vocal, importante para ver toda la dimensión del grupo, pero es una canción que me gusta mucho y por ello dejaré un enlace a youtube de la misma, se trata de tema homónimo al disco "The grim tales of the elder".
