De la escuela italiana llega este pasado 2019 la cuarta obra de estudio, de un grupo que no ha llegado a explotar en absoluto, sobre todo en lo que se refiere al reconocimiento en la escena internacional. Estamos ante un power metal que bebe de los condicionamientos compositivos de la escuela de la que han salido, con ese toque un tanto reminiscente de la parte final de la década de los 90 y comienzos de los 2000, con bandas como Domine un poco en el horizonte aunque con algunos posibles tintes progresivos para dar ese toque personal al grupo. Para la ocasión el grupo en este cuarto LP de su carrera, que comenzase allá por 1993, aunque sin comenzar a editar material propio en forma de LP hasta 2009, como digo para esta cuarta entrega parecen haber girado un poco hacia la introducción de un sonido algo más folk, desde una perspectiva "corsaria" podríamos decir. El grupo ha sido un refugio temporal para numerosos músicos que han ido constituyendo el grupo a lo largo de los años. Este disco, el cuarto, "Skull and Bones, Tales from over the seas" parece ser un paso más al frente de la banda, y de este citado disco hoy quiero dejar en el blog la canción "Shine On" a la que precede la intro "Hostis humani genesis", canción de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
