CREATURES  OF  THE  NIGHT

Este disco de los estadounidenses "Kiss" es una obra que marca un punto de inflexión en la carrera de la banda, un cierto cambio de tendencia en un momento ya de madurez del grupo como tal, con 9 albumes más antes que este y un nombre que ya era reconocido y reconocible a lo largo y ancho del planeta. Con motivo de la salida de este "Creatures of the night" de 1982, el grupo comenzaba a disgregarse, con la salida primero del batería Peter Criss el año anterior, sustituido por Eric Carr quien proporciono al sonido de la banda algo más de contundencia, y posteriormente, en plena edición de este "Creatures of the night" la salida del miembro original del grupo y guitarrista Ace Frehley, quien sería sustituido por Bob Kulick. No se si debido en parte a esto la banda perdió algo de popularidad en Estados Unidos, y esto se vio reflejado en las ventas del álbum y de los singles, sin embargo no estamos en absoluto ante uno de los peores discos del grupo, el cual ha sido recalificado históricamente con el paso de los años, como uno de los siete mejores de la banda.
