FIESTA  FOR  FRIENDS

Que gran pena que esta banda islandesa no prolongase su carrera más allá del año que estuvieron en activo entre 1984 y 1985, dejando el magnífico fruto compositivo del disco "Welcome to the show", el único de su discografía. Muchas cosas que destacar de esta obra en clave de heavy metal de la vieja escuela, rompiendo los tópicos de que las grandes bandas eran británicas o estadounidenses en esos años. El buen hacer compositivo de sus componentes es evidente. Destaca entre otros la voz de Eirikur Hauksson que después del cese de la actividad de Drysill se enrolaba en la banda noruega Artch de la que ya he hablado en el blog en alguna ocasión. Volviendo al magnífico disco "Welcome to the show" de 1985, quiero dejar en el blog otro de sus temas, en este caso el que lo cierra, "Fiesta for friends", del que dejo un enlace a youtube.
