RIGHT  ON  THE  EDGE

Tercera obra de estudio de los estadounidenses Pantera, una banda que terminó por alcanzar la fama con un estilo muy distinto al que practicaban a mediados de los 80 en tiempo de este "I Am The Night", de 1985. Saltaron de un hard n heavy a un heavy metal con destellos thrash quedandose finalmente en un thrash groove con el que pusieron punto y final a su carrera que se extendió a lo largo de 23 años, entre 1981 y 2003 y con nueve LP's editados. Recuperando esa parte inicial de la carrera de la banda dejo en el blog una de las canciones de su tercer LP, con ese estilo con regusto al heavy metal de la old school y alguna pequeña pista de lo que podría venir, siempre con ese sonido más de la escuela americana. De dicha obra de 1985 dejo hoy la canción "Right on the edge", de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
