HAIL  AND  KILL

Me acordaba hoy, así de pronto, de la última jugada de los reyes de muchas cosas, (buenas y no tanto) Manowar, de esa jugada de fraccionar un disco directamente en tres partes y plantarlo como tres EP's diferentes, y me paraba a pensar en que, además de hacer algo así, que ya es para flipar, encima se están tomando su tiempo entre uno y otro, quizá deberían haberse pensado más el nombre y en lugar de "The final battle", lo de "Eternal" les habría pegado más.  Por otro lado, y mirandolo desde su perspectiva, sin duda saben venderse y siempre lo han sabido hacer, así que, en esta tesitura siempre es bueno echar la vista atrás y recuperar alguno de sus disco clásicos, donde siemre encontraremos momentos memorables, como por ejemplo en la obra "Kings Of metal" de 1988, uno de sus momentos álgidos, una obra completa, novedosa en su momento y de confirmación definitiva en la nueva posición y enfoque que la banda ya no abandonaría en el resto de su carrera, un disco muy "Manowar" del que hoy dejo otra de sus canciones en el blog, concretamente "Hail and kill" de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
