THE BATTLE OF WATERLOO
Bueno, que decir, uno de los pocos discos que aún no había traído al blog de esta magnífica banda alemana, "Running Wild". Todo aquel que me conoce musicalmente hablando sabe de mi predilección por los bucaneros metálicos originales y no redundaré una vez más en el tema. Solo referirme a que "Death or glory" de 1989 supone el quinto LP de la banda, y podría decirse que tras sus cuatro hermanos anteriores y la demostración de maestría por los cuatro costados que demostraban esta quinta obra tenía un alto listón al que llegar, y en muchos sentidos lo hizo con creces, abriendo un camino nuevo a los siguientes 4 o 5 albumes y marcando definitivamente el sonido que ya mantendría Running Wild el resto de su carrera. Por lo tanto, y como siempre, obra recomendable de los corsarios alemanes, de principio a fin y de la que hoy quiero dejar en el blog un tema del que hace un par de años ya dejé una versión hecha nada menos que por Orden Ogan, "The Battle of Waterloo", hoy la original, que forma parte de ese legado musical general que nunca debe faltar a todo metalhead que se precie, una canción de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
