THE  UNDYING  FLAME

Dark Forest es una banda británica con un sonido bastante personal, basado en un heavy metal power melódico, con un cierto aire "folk" aunque solo melódicamente hablando, no mediante intrumentación específica folk, es más bien una sensación general en las melodías que incluyen en sus temas. Llevan ya una buena trayectoria detrás pues la banda, aunque desconocida, lleva funcionando desde 2002 habiendo editado ya en ese periodo de existencia tres EP's y cuatro LP's. En general me parece una banda que cuida su sonido, que sorprendera en cuanto a calidad a muchos de los que no lo hayan escuchado con su propuesta fresca pero clásica al tiempo. Hoy quiero dejar un tema en el blog de su última obra publicada hasta la fecha de esta reseña, la reciente "Beyond the veil" que hace el cuarto de sus discos y que ha visto la luz este 2016, hace apenas dos meses, y del que, como digo dejo hoy el tema "The undying flame", del que dejo un enlace a youtube. Otra banda más para descubrir.
