Nuevo repaso al nacimiento del heavy metal hoy a través de nuevo de una de esas bandas cuya influencia ha sido reconocida por un buen puñado de nombres fundamentales dentro de nuestra escena, Steve Harris, Kirk Hammet, Dave Mustaine o Joey Tempest entre otros han reconocido lo fundamental de su influjo para su desarrollo futuro como músicos. En 1976 los británicos UFO editaban su quinto LP de estudio "No heavy petting", donde volvían a poner de manifiesto ese sonido característico a mitad de camino del hard rock de la época, el y el heavy metal de la casi incipiente NWOBHM. Del citado disco dejo hoy en el blog su canción "natural Thing" que abre la obra y de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
