KNIGHT  OF  THE  BLACK  ROSE


Paladine es una banda griega de power metal de reciente formación (2013). Nos encontramos ante una banda que reune muchos de los estereotipos en varios sentidos de lo que una banda de este estilo debe ser. Desde la estructura compositiva apoyada en dos guitarras, batería, bajo voz y teclados, hasta la temática basada en fantasía, concretamente en temáticas pseudo Tolkienianas como son la saga de la Dragonlance. Hasta la fecha de esta reseña tan solo han editado un único LP "Finding Solace", del pasado 2017, con un sonido que bebe de sonido clásico del subgénero, y que en ocasiones puede llegar a recordar a través de los matices a varios grupos, en concreto el tema que hoy quiero dejar en el blog, "Knight of the black rose" puede incluso traerme reminiscencias de "Iced earth" sobre todo en la construcción de los riffs, aunque siempre termina por salir una identidad en el grupo que no me sorprendería que terminase por darles un renombre importante en la escena internacional a juzgar por lo escuchado en este debut, y si no degeneran en futuras obras. Como digo quiero dejar hoy el tema "Knight of the black rose", una canción que pronto se mete en tu cabeza y de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
