INTO THE LIGHT
Kenziner es una banda de Power metal, con un toque progresivo y una cierta vocación Shred cuyo motor e impulsor principal ha sido el guitarrista, bajista y teclista finlandés Jarno Keskinen, destacando también la buena voz de Stephen Fredrick. Según el mismo jarno Keskinen dice en su web oficial, en 1994 envió una demo a "Leviathan Records" siendo el propio David T. Chastain en 1997 quien le aconsejó componer más material en la misma línea y volver a probar. Así lo hizó, y en 1998 terminaría por editar con dicha discográfica su primer larga duración, de título "Timescape". Al año siguiente, y tras cambiar de discográfica a "Limb Music", editan la continuación del "Timescape", con la obra "The Prophecies". El problema llegó tras ese segundo disco ya que la banda deja de estar en activo, un parón que se extendió hasta 2012, en que el grupo de Keskinen retornó a la actividad, editando otro disco más tras su vuelta, "The last horizon", en 2014, con la incorporación de Markku Kuikka a la voz, ex de "Thaurorod", banda de la que ya hemos hablado en el blog. Hablaremos seguramente de la obra de retorno de Kenziner más adelante en el blog, hoy quiero volver a los inicios de la banda, con su primer larga duración, "Timescape", del que hoy quiero destacar el tema "Into the Light", gran tema de presentación de la banda en el que se nota el virtuosismo de este gran guitarrista finlandés, canción de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
