GO  DOWN  FIGHTING

Shok Paris es un grupo estadounidense de hard -heavy que tuvo un periodo de actividad entre los años 1982 en que se formo la banda y 1989 en que ceso en su actividad. A partir de 2009 se reunieron, y desde que se han vuelto a juntar han editado en 2015 un remake de su obra "Steel and Starlight" de 1987. Por lo tanto, la producción real de la banda se centró en aquella primera época entre el 82 y el 89, y se compone de 3 LP's, "Go for the throat" de 1984, "Steel and satrlight" de 1987 y "Concrete killers" del 89, además del citado remake de 2015. La verdad es que mucha gente orienta el estilo de la banda hacia el power metal aunque yo creo que se mueve más en un hard heavy con algúna influencia quizá del proto power de aquellos años, lo que es indudable es la escuela estadounidense. Hoy quiero dejar en el blog una canción de su "Steel and Starlight", de 1987, en concreto su "Go down fighting" de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
