HOW MANY TEARS
Nuevamente en el blog uno de esos albumes en los que todo el mundo esta de acuerdo en poner el adjetivo de fundamental. La primera obra en formato LP de Helloween, "Walls of Jericho", de 1985. Realmente no voy a volver a repetir una vez más todo lo dicho en anteriores entradas sobre esta obra, completa, por aquel entonces enormemente prometedora, posteriormente tremendamente influyente en estilos,y bandas concretas, un punto de partida para otras cosas, y en definitiva un ejemplo de como hacer las cosas bien y una buena explicación de como una banda como Helloween ha llegado donde ha llegado y una figura como Kai Hansen tiene una reputación como la que posee. Otro de los temazos del álbum, "How many tears", ejemplo de "speed metal" de manual, y de como terminaría por evolucionar hacia el power metal posterior tratado con la fórmula "Helloweeniana".
