SEE  HOW  THEY  FALL

Magnum es una de esas bandas de toda la vida, un importante grupo que ha dejado multitud de importantes momentos musicales en la historia de la música. Orientados más hacia el hard rock sin embargo su temática y ha sido siempre mucho más propia del heavy metal, siendo siendo su sonido bien acogido y respetado por muchos seguidores acostumbrados a un sonido más contundente. De entre todos los integrantes del grupo siempre ha destacado Bob Catley, acostumbrado a colaborar en proyectos power, sobre todo en "Avantasia", y teniendo además una extensísima carrera en solitario bajo su nombre. Estos británicos se forman en 1972 y desde su formación han editado un total de 20 discos de estudio hasta la fecha de esta reseña, esperándose para comienzos de este ya inminente 2020 la salida de su disco número 21. Es pues buen momento para traer al blog a este grupazo, y quiero hacerlo refiriéndome a uno de los discos que más me gustan de la banda, sobre todo teniéndolo en cuenta como obra en conjunto, me refiero a "On the thirteenth day" de 2012, el que hace el número 17 de su discografía, una obra espectacular de la que hoy dejo en el blog la canción "See how they fall", de la que dejo un enlace a youtube.
