BROTHER  MOON

El tercer disco de estudio de los alemanes "Axxis" se llama "The Big Thrill" y en él encontramos muchas de las señas de identidad que caracterizan la carrera de la banda desde sus mismos comienzos. La verdad es que Axxis es uno de esos grupos a los que se puede poner más de una etiqueta, según más que de las épocas de los años en que editan sus obras, es como si tirasen más hacia un camino que hacia otro según se sientan al componer sus obras, pero si algo caracteriza todos y cada uno de sus Lp's es la calidad. "The big thrill" lo editan en 1993, un complicado año de cambios, sobre todo si lo miramos desde la perspectiva del heavy metal, sin embargo siempre siguieron editandose obras de calidad a pesar de todo. Este trabajo de los alemanes flirteó bastante con el hard melódico, pero siempre con el toque Axxis tan reconocible y una querencia hacia el hard 'n heavy, como digo como siempre con la calidad de su lado, algo que demuestran siempre en vivo, algo más que recomendable de ver si tienes ocasión. En fin, de este "The big thrill" de 1993 dejo hoy en el blog uno de sus muchos temas recomendables, en este caso su "Brother Moon" del que dejo un enlace a youtube.
