BATTLE OF ARCANE MIGHT
Adelanto del que será segundo disco de la banda sueca Twilight Force, que estrenan con la obra "Heroes of mighty magic" su fichaje por "Nuclear Blast". Twilight Force realiza una música centrada en un power metal que
pretende recuperar los mejores años del sonido del Power metal
sinfónico y de corte épico, tratando de rememorar el sonido que le dio a
Rhapsody la fama que aún disfrutan hoy en día. Realmente en muchas
ocasiones lo logran, pareciendo hacer guiños a sonidos de finales del
siglo y comienzos de este, Luca Turilli, Fairyland etc. Musicalmente hablando son una banda muy pulcra, con un cuidado
sonido que enseguida te mete en su mundo fantástico, y aunque desde
luego no hayan inventado nada nuevo, realizan muy bien aquello que se
han propuesto. La banda la componen músicos de calidad y alguno de ellos
ha militados en grupos como Sabaton o Astral Doors, demostrando una
cierta experiencia previa que se ve reflejada en el resultado final. El
guitarrista Felipe, y el teclista Daniele son los impulsores de esta
banda, a quienes acompañan Borne al bajo, Christian Hedgren a la voz y
Roberto a la batería, (que es el que más experiencia previa parece tener
habiendo militado en los grupos citados anteriormente). Realmente le debo más de una escucha a este tema para sacar una conclusión definitiva, quizá así de primeras me ha resultado demasiado ornamentado, pero no sacaré conclusiones hasta, como digo haberlo escuchado con más detenimiento.
