FOR THOSE WHO DIED
Finalmente algo de material nuevo de esta fantástica banda finlandesa que a mi particularmente me encanta, Brymir, con su single "For those who died", esperando que ahora sí, por fin, sea el preludio de su nuevo album. La verdad es que tras 5 años de espera desde su primer trabajo, el espectacular "Breathe fire to the sun" de 2011, dicha espera ha resultado demasiado larga, y las expectativas creadas por el gran debut del grupo ahora deben ser respondidas con una obra acorde. He de decir que quizá por la propia expectativa y el largo tiempo de espera me hubiese esperado algo más de su material nuevo, aunque por eso mismo, por el hecho de que personalmente la banda me gusta mucho, me quiero tomar mi tiempo para sacar todas las conclusiones, y a medida que voy dando escuchas al tema me va entrando más, ese es uno de los peligros de esperar tanto entre un trabajo y otro de una banda, que al final la ansiedad tanto del público al que le agrada tu material, como de los propios músicos al crear el material nuevo puede hacer que haya malas pasadas, de todas formas, ante un grupo tan digamos "hermético", o "poco currante" cualquier cosa es posible, y no será justo hacerse una idea antes de escuchar la obra en conjunto, si es que termina de llegar, al menos yo desconozco fechas e incluso título, veremos. En definitiva, dejo en el blog un enlace a youtube al videoclip oficial del nuevo tema, "For those who died" recién salido hace unos días.
